The Pryor Law Firm was formed in 2004 by Kory S. Pryor, Esq., to provide sophisticated and experienced legal advisory and counseling services, packaged in a cost-effective framework, to clients who require not only creative and non-conventional solutions and strategies for their transactions but also unmatched personal service and attention.

Kory S. Pryor is a current member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association's Real Property Section.  Kory has represented clients in over $300MM of real estate and real estate related loan transactions.

In addition to having been a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Kory also holds a real estate broker's license, and was the founder and managing broker of a boutique commercial real estate investment sales firm known as Pryor Commercial Realty, which focused on the sale of multi-family properties, retail strip and shopping centers, as well as raw land for residential development.

Kory is a native of Florida, having attended high school in Winter Park, Florida.  In his free time, Kory enjoys mountain biking and snowboarding with his two younger brothers, Tanner and Brandon, photographing the city and the continually changing skyline of Atlanta, practicing brazilian jiu-jitsu with much younger, but not always better-skilled opponents, and working toward completion of his first fiction novel entitled "Stop."
